Our Team
James Kim, Co-Founder
Mr. Kim was previously a Managing Director and member of the Board of Directors at FW Cook, where he worked for 22 years until his retirement in 2019. He is a frequent speaker at national conferences including those sponsored by the American Bar Association (ABA), the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP), and the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). Mr. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Raymond Tsang, Co-Founder
Mr. Tsang previously served as a Senior Consultant at FW Cook’s San Francisco office, where he worked for eight years. He has experience in all areas of compensation consulting, including total compensation reviews, short- and long-term incentive program design, non-employee director compensation, and severance / change-in-control policies. Mr. Tsang has worked with companies across a wide range of industries, from early stage IPOs up to mature Fortune 500 clients. He holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
